More and more districts in Mississippi are transitioning to a year-round school calendar. This month’s forum will discuss this experience from a teacher’s point of view. Our speakers will include MPE President Devin Walsh who teaches in the Lamar County School District which will transition to a year-round calendar next year. Devin will be joined by fellow MPE Board member Gennella Graham who teaches in the Corinth School District. Corinth has been on a year-round schedule for several years.
