MDE Seeking Applicants for Educator Effectiveness Advisory Council

The MDE seeks to build the capacity of all educators in using the Professional Growth System (PGS) to inform and drive professional learning. In order to engage educators, the MDE is convening the inaugural Educator Effectiveness Advisory Council. This group will be composed of highly effective teacher leaders, school leaders, and district leaders from around the state in an effort to identify refinements that will lead to all educators utilizing the PGS to increase their professional capacity to improve outcomes for all students. MDE will offer a stipend to council members. Applications should be submitted by Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Open the attached document for more information.
