This professional development session is designed to deepen teachers’ understanding of the Professional Growth System (PGS) process and the Growth Rubric design. This PGS training will provide teachers with an in-depth exploration of (TGR) Teacher Growth Rubric standards and indicators for purposeful planning, reflective teaching, and continuous improvement of instructional practices.
