Dr. Randy McCoy, retired superintendent of the Tupelo Public School District, has been reelected as one of two retiree representatives on the Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi (PERS) Board of Trustees. The Board certified the results of the recent runoff election for the retiree representative position at its April 23 meeting. A longstanding member of the PERS Board, Dr. McCoy will serve another term that runs from July 2025 to June 2031.
